Who can join
Any person may apply for active membership in NIHOA. You join through the local chapter for the area where you live, and every chapter’s requirements include a written rules examination and a skating test.
What happens next
After you send the interest form, your chapter and NIHOA’s national reviewers look at your request. If it is approved you receive an invitation link to create your account, register for the season and pay your dues. On this site, new applicants must also pass the NIHOA officials exam online, from their member account, before their membership is approved.
